Does KO Academy have club basketball teams?

Yes, we are registered locally at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Basketball Association for Season 1 (Term 1 & 2) and Season 2 (Term 3 & 4) each school year, ranging from year 3-4 all the way up to open Under 21 men’s competition.

Team trainings are held weekly at local outdoor/indoor venues, depending on availability. And they are essential for team success. We expect all our players to turn up consistently weekly to put in unseen sweat and tears on and off the court.

What other activities does KO Academy offer?

During school holidays, KO Academy offers 3x3 tournament opportunities locally. Individual players are able to sign up via WhatsApp group chat on the KO Community group. A training session will be provided 1 week prior to the competition for free, aimed at our athletes to maximise performance.

We also offer AAU Australia competition experiences (Melbourne, Brisbane & Port Macquarie) and other competitions such as Easter Classics in Adelaide and Melbourne, Nunawading competition during the King’s birthday long weekend.

These team selections require trials and team selection, and prior to departure, will receive free customised KO Basketball Select gear ranging from Bags, Playing attire, and off-court merch.
